Bodywork Therapy
as defined by wikipedia "Bodywork is a term used in alternative medicine to describe any therapeutic or personal development technique that involves working with the human body in a form involving manipulative therapy, breath work, or energy medicine. In addition bodywork techniques aim to assess or improve posture, promote awareness of the bodymind connection."

Myofascial Release, visualize an orange in cross section, the peel, the pulp beneath the peel, how each wedge is sectioned off and contained in fibrous tissue and how each juice globule is contained in delicate tissue. Our skin, muscles, muscle fibers and our very cells are similarly organized. Yet, often they get stuck together making us stiff and sore, affecting coordination and balance. Myofascial release turns back the clock on these changes.

Neuromuscular Therapy, think of neuromuscular therapy as a reset button. The technique employs nerve endings located at the places where muscle connects to bone and in tendons and ligaments. Gentle stimulation of these sites cause the nerve pathways to reduce their activity. This in turn helps muscles to soften and lengthen.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) a hands on therapeutic approach characterized by gentle manipulations of the skull and sacrum which helps to harmonize the natural rhythm of the central nervous system. "CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it''s effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction." as defined by the Upledger Institute.

Yoga as Therapy may sound esoteric or unapproachable, requiring tons of flexibility or some level of prior experience. Yet, Yoga as Therapy is exceptionally effective even if you have never done yoga before! When we  think of yoga, we usually think about how it can increase flexibility. But, did you know that yoga also strengthens muscles and connective tissues. It reduces and eliminates adhesions (stuck places) between and within muscles and even between muscle and bone.

Breathwork learning to control the rhythm of your breath is an excellent way to melt away stress. You become able to choose how you intend to feel and act on it. Working with your own breath is not a passive activity, but a gentle dynamic practice. You can learn to become actively calm and calmly active.

Meditation  "Meditation is natural and deeply rewarding. It offers a direct and intuitive experience of states of consciousness that are healing and inspiring. The benefits of meditation, which are many have been amply documented by medical testing. Just try searching the internet on the "benefits of meditation" and you'll be amazed!" as define by Ananda Washington.
